I specialise in commercial law, insolvency law, and public procurement law.
I advise on bankruptcy matters from both the debtor’s and creditor’s sides, as well as on public procurement matters from the contractor’s side. I deal with issues related to corporate law covering the establishment, transformation, and liquidation of business entities.
I have experience in providing legal advice to private and public sector entities as well as national and international entities. I work in Polish and English on a daily basis.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. I served my apprenticeship in law enforcement agencies and as an intern in a law firm. I completed my barrister training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
