V. DEFAULT STORAGE OF COOKIES BY BROWSERS

Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution operated by Google LLC. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA [“Google”]), which allows users to manage tags used on a website through an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain that does not record any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which may in turn record data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not have access to this information. If recording has been disabled at the domain or cookie level, this setting will be applied for all tracking tags deployed in Google Tag Manager.
Analytics
We also use Google Analytics, which analyses your use of the website using a special type of cookie. These cookies are generated, stored, and transferred from your device, in the form of permanent or temporary files. This tool is offered by Google Ireland Limited and the data collected is usually stored for up to about two years on Google servers in the European Union or the United States. These files are transmitted to the servers in the form of an anonymised-abbreviated version of your IP.

The Firm aims to keep its processing activities of user data, including personal data, as limited as possible. User data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where appropriate, for as long as required by statutory retention requirements.
Once again, the Firm points out that users may disallow the processing of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser. However, it should be remembered that if this is done, full functionality of the website may not be available.
