Who we are
We run Wołoszański & Partners, a Warsaw-based business-law firm known online as WLAW. We work with business clients in Polish and English: from startups and small companies, through firms with foreign capital and capital groups, to in-house legal teams whose load we take off. Our team is made up of attorneys-at-law (radcowie prawni) and advocates who combine knowledge of the law with hands-on experience applying it in business - we do not just interpret regulation, we advise on how a legal decision affects your bottom line.
Our core is day-to-day, ongoing legal support. We run your legal department on a subscription model (outsourcing), support and relieve internal legal and HR teams, draft contracts and advise on an ongoing basis. We form and transform companies in Poland and abroad, handle corporate and contract matters, compliance and AML, and court disputes and arbitration. We advise on employment law and train teams, and in the digital area we work on new technologies and AI, data protection (GDPR), e-commerce and digital assets. When a transaction arises, we support it with due diligence and negotiations.
We have also built a dedicated Automotive specialism, covering vehicle distribution, market surveillance, product safety, and competition law across sales channels.
We operate formally as Wołoszański i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna sp. k., registered in Warsaw.
