Oliwia specializes in legal advisory in the area of life sciences, intellectual property law and compliance.
She has experience in providing legal advice to private and public sector entities as well as domestic and international entities. In her current practice she has been particularly involved in advising on medical law and issues related to conducting business by healthcare entities, as well as on intellectual property law in its broadest sense and regulatory issues.
On a daily basis she provides services to international business entities, in particular in the cosmetics and FinTech sectors. She works in Polish and English.
Oliwia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and completed a one-year scholarship at the University of Tartu in Estonia.
She also completed the Postgraduate Course in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw.
Oliwia is currently an advocate trainee at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
