Oliwia Koper

Oliwia specializes in comprehensive legal services for businesses, with particular focus on the automotive industry, the new technology sector and life sciences. She advises on negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, implementing data protection policies and procedures, compliance and information security. She supports clients both in day-to-day operations and in the execution of strategic projects of a national and international nature.

She has experience running projects carried out in cooperation with international capital groups, involving the implementation of new business and technological solutions and ensuring the compliance of business operations with national and EU regulations. She also advises on intellectual property law, participating in projects concerning the protection and commercialisation of IP rights and the implementation of innovative solutions.

She has spoken as a speaker at conferences and industry events for the automotive sector, dedicated to regulations affecting the operations of importers and authorised dealer networks.

A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also studied at the University of Tartu in Estonia under the Erasmus+ scholarship programme.

She completed the Postgraduate Course in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw.

She completed her advocate traineeship at the District Bar Association in Warsaw. She has been entered on the list of advocates since 2023.
