Karolina Dębiec

Karolina leads strategic projects at the firm and coordinates cooperation with other law firms, including international ones. She specialises in legal research and corporate law, and in practice supports clients from the automotive sector, among others. Her background includes a role as a research lawyer at a global corporation, advising both private and public organisations, whether domestic or international. Currently, she is involved in the development of intricate compliance systems. She is also familiar with gambling and gaming law. She has a keen interest in legal matters pertaining to the food service industry. Karolina proficiently operates in both Polish and English.

Karolina earned her degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. While pursuing her studies, she was an active member of the European Law Students Association (ELSA) in Poland. Additionally, she volunteered at the University of Warsaw Law Clinic, offering pro bono legal services to individuals facing financial hardship.
