    Katarzyna Płonkowska advises automotive and e-commerce companies on their contracts and consumer relations, and when a dispute arises she runs it from litigation strategy through to the courtroom.

    Katarzyna is an attorney-at-law. She specialises in commercial law, consumer law and civil and commercial litigation.

    She advises businesses on their day-to-day operations and strategy — supporting commercial decisions and reducing legal risk. She drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial contracts.

    In the automotive sector she handles vehicle distribution, dealer network relations and obligations towards consumers.

    She also advises on competition law and e-commerce — aligning clients’ operations with applicable regulations and preparing legal documentation for both offline and online sales.

    She conducts civil and commercial disputes and is involved at every stage of a case — from reviewing the facts and building the litigation strategy, through drafting pleadings, to appearing at hearings. She also helps clients reach amicable settlements.

    04 Education

    She graduated in law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During her studies she worked at the university’s legal clinic, providing legal aid to people in need of support. She was admitted to the attorney-at-law training with a distinction and completed it with a distinction for her grade average. She is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
