Building a Strong Feedback Culture at Wołoszański & Partners

An in-depth feedback survey across the whole team — the next step in becoming a more conscious organisation.
Home Building a Strong Feedback Culture at Wołoszański & Partners

Over the past years, one of the themes we have been working on most deeply at Wołoszański & Partners has been building a strong feedback culture. We see this not as a one-off initiative but as the way we want to work together — where honest, supportive feedback is something natural rather than an exception reserved for formal reviews.

Why this, in particular? Because in legal work quality comes from attention to detail, and that attention grows where people feel they can speak openly — ask a question, admit a doubt, propose a better solution. A culture in which feedback flows in both directions translates directly into what our clients receive: better-considered decisions, fewer single points of failure and a team that learns faster.

Together with our partners in leadership development, we continue this journey by taking the next step — conducting an in-depth feedback survey across the entire team. We want to hear not only what is working, but above all what we could be doing better, at every level of the organisation.

We are deliberately asking broadly, because we believe the most valuable insights rarely come from the top alone. The findings will not sit in a drawer — they will inform concrete decisions about how we communicate, how we run matters and how we support each person’s development.

For us, this is an important element of becoming a more mature and conscious organisation. Strong firms are not built on legal expertise alone — they are also built on trust, openness and a willingness to keep getting better.
