Lawyers aren’t all about law books and courtrooms. They, too, seek out personal and professional growth opportunities. Case in point, our attorney-at-law Łukasz Kudela recently took part in the Impact Academy Staff Coaching Programme from May 24th to 26th to sharpen his leadership prowess and business insight.
This exciting event, hosted in the charming city of Lisbon, drew about 40 young and ambitious professionals from around the globe. All shared the same goal – to become influential leaders in their respective organizations.
The schedule was bursting at the seams with workshops, group discussions, and paired problem-solving exercises. Joanna Keeling and Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, the duo leading the training, made sure the sessions were as lively as they were informative, keeping everyone engaged.
Despite the packed schedule, there was still time for participants to kick back, relax, and get to know each other outside of the conference setting. Naturally, Łukasz couldn’t resist soaking in the sights of Lisbon, sampling local delicacies, and making a pilgrimage to the famous Estádio da Luz (an absolute must for any football enthusiast).
Returning to Warsaw, Łukasz was bursting with fresh ideas and motivation. But his thirst for learning is far from quenched. The beauty of the Impact Academy is that the journey doesn’t end when the conference wraps up. Over the coming months, Łukasz and his fellow participants will be applying the lessons they’ve learned and sharing their successes and challenges with each other.
