Time flew by during the four incredible days at the #EMEA regional conference in Stockholm! Michał Wołoszański and Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk joined 100 Alliott Global Alliance delegates from around the world for an unforgettable experience.
Kicking off the conference on a high note, the first day saw an engaging #interactive workshop conducted by Michał Wołoszański, our managing partner. This session delved into the critical aspects of efficient law firm management, strategically and financially. Sure, there were tons of charts and a bit of number-crunching, but it wasn’t all serious business – we had plenty of laughs and shared some juicy real-life stories!
We were thrilled to see the early morning hours didn’t dampen anyone’s enthusiasm. Starting at 8:30 am, we found an alert and active audience of lawyers from diverse countries worldwide. They listened with rapt attention, shared their experiences, asked insightful questions, and kept the conversation going during breaks and behind the scenes.
We’re proud to have sparked this essential discussion within the AGA family. We firmly believe that this forward step will enable us to generate more value for our firms and, more importantly, our clients.
Embracing newer tech solutions, accurately processing operational and financial data, and adapting more customized business models are the key areas that can significantly steer a firm’s growth and profitability – this goes for law firms, too.

During a round table discussion, moderated by Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk, the participants pondered on how we can enhance our law firm’s reputation, expertise, and jurisdiction within the alliance. They also discussed ways to strengthen our bonds within the AGA member firms to keep our clients beaming.
One of the standout ideas from the discussion was setting up international working groups comprising niche law specialists for our clients’ projects. This approach will help member companies eliminate the need for outside specialists, thereby accelerating and streamlining project completion, – says Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk, COO of our law firm.
Hot topics at the conference included also AI, Bard, ChatGPT, data processing, and business modelling. We explored how to boost your legal team’s productivity with AI, take customer service up a notch, and manage a law firm’s operational and financial data effectively to make informed strategic decisions.
We transformed these big questions into practical, actionable steps through hands-on workshops and dynamic discussions, unearthing a treasure trove of brilliant ideas. We’re eager to start implementing some of these ideas in the upcoming days.
Amidst the conference hustle, we found time to explore the beautiful city of Stockholm. Laughter, leisurely strolls, and even some dancing filled our time between sessions. And we lucked out with the weather, too – our boat trip under clear skies offered a picture-perfect view of Stockholm that was nothing short of magical.
They say you never forget how someone made you feel, right? That rings true for our AGA meetings, too. Even after the conference lights dimmed, the lingering sense of trust, and a shared spirit of cooperation and mutual support remained. The buzz of anticipation for the next gathering is palpable, and we can’t wait for October to reunite in Athens 🇬🇷 for The Worldwide Conference!
