    03 Experience

    Kinga specialises in commercial law, in particular, contract law and labour law. As a postgraduate of Compliance Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and a certified compliance expert of the Compliance Institute, she advises entrepreneurs on the effective development and implementation of compliance management systems in organisations.

    With over 15 years of professional practice, Kinga has experience in litigation, in both civil and criminal law, bankruptcy proceedings, construction negotiations and real estate contracts. She has designed and implemented labour law compliance systems for clients with several hundred employees. Kinga is also experienced in the field of group dismissals.

    On a daily basis, she cooperates with the automotive industry (e.g., with car importers and authorised dealers) and the aerospace industry (e.g., with manufacturers of products and services for the space sector).

    She is also an active litigation lawyer, advising and representing clients in commercial proceedings, both civil and criminal.

    Polish Competition Authority Punishes Non-Compliant Influencers and Looks for Greenwashing, published in CEE Legal Matters magazine (issue 10.9) — an independent legal publication covering the legal markets of Central and Eastern Europe. The article discusses the Polish competition authority's (UOKiK) actions against influencers breaching disclosure obligations and its growing scrutiny of greenwashing.

    Competition 2024: Poland, the Poland chapter of the CEE Legal Matters "Competition 2024" comparative legal guide, outlining the Polish competition-law framework — restrictive practices, merger control and proceedings before the competition authority (UOKiK).
