She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms, handling cases in civil law, corporate law, public procurement law, and business law, with a particular focus on contract law, including the preparation and analysis of contracts.
Katarzyna also has significant experience in litigation, both civil and commercial. She is actively involved at every stage of litigation, from developing litigation strategies and preparing pleadings to participating in hearings.
At the firm, she primarily focuses on automotive law, data protection law, and business law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts and business-to-business disputes.
She works fluently in both Polish and English.
Education:
She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and is currently completing her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, having entered the program after passing the entrance exam with distinction. During her studies, she was actively involved in the UKSW Legal Clinic, where she honed her skills by providing free legal advice to individuals facing a variety of legal challenges.
