Michał, with his particular focus on IP, combines professional experience and legal education with a passion for new technologies and business. In corporate law transactions, he focuses on the “big picture” – he identifies the risks of the transaction itself, as well as those related to the later functioning of the planned undertaking, and proposes legal solutions with particular emphasis on the client’s business environment.
He specialises in business law, specifically, new technology law and copyright law.
Michał cooperates with the automotive industry (e.g., advise importers and dealers) and the IT industry (e.g., advise software producers for banks and insurance companies) on a daily basis. He is also an active litigation lawyer, in particular dealing with disputes under commercial (including agency) and distribution contracts.
He has extensive experience in business consultancy, litigation, analysis, and construction of personal data management systems. He works in Polish and English on a daily basis.
Education:
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, majoring in law.
He took part in a year-long educational programme on American law organised by the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw.
Michał acquired his legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and completed his post-graduate studies at INSEAD Global Executive MBA.
